| Genie Skinner developed a passion for child development while working with special needs children. She began her child care career as a home child care provider then created Time For Tots Child Care Center. Genie has extensive experience with every aspect of child care. It is her goal to be an advocate for children by sharing her experiences and knowledge with others, therefore having a positive impact on our future generation. |
